We believe the Great Commission of Jesus Christ is to extend His redemptive passion and power into the lives of people both locally and around the world through the preaching of His Word and through developing and equipping men and women of God to further the Kingdom of Heaven. We believe that God wants us to all have passion for His people.

Mark 12:34-40 (NKJV)
34 But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” 37 Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’  38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Passion is what Agape is all about. We reach out to love the unlovable and to live lives of devotion to Him who first loved us. It is the passion of Christ that drives us to build a better community. It is the passion of Christ that brings together broken relationships. It is the passion of Christ that heals wounded souls. It is the passion of Christ that the world recognizes when it sees His Church.
